What makes us stand out as an excellent place to work?
We’re not your everyday consulting firm. We’re a destination for top consulting talent, frustrated with
large/typical consultancy ways. Here’s what we pride ourselves on:

-
Genuine and open culture, home-grown by a diverse, small team whereby your input feeds the development of the firm.
-
Work-life balance - we’re sensible and don’t work weekends or late evenings. We believe people do their best work when they stay fresh.
-
Impact for everyone - all our team can take the lead be that with clients, writing blog posts to capture our expertise or helping us scale our internal business structures/processes.
-
We’re all entrepreneurs - because we are small and relatively newly formed, we’re still building - so we love people who want to get stuck in and take ownership. You can truly build your own platform here as there’s so much white space for growth.
-
There’s no hierarchy - our analysts and consultants are our future partners.
-
We believe in work being enjoyable and having fun as a team.
-
We’re passionate about sustainability and truly believe in our mission.
